FAQ

What is inbox Dance Party? When is it?

  • TIME/PLACE: Weekly on Tuesdays you will receive an email with your dance party kit inside, I recommend setting aside a 1-hour commitment with a few 5-minute dance breaks. Personally, I do this at least 4 hours every weekday, sometimes 6-8 hours. I also love to use this for doing household chores I hate.

    • Every 25 minutes we remove our eyes from our screens and dance our hearts out for 5 minutes before returning to our screens.I do this throughout my whole workday, but start with trying it for 1 hour!

    • Snooze the email as many times as you want so it pops up when you want to take that dance break.

  • WHAT TO BRING: 1 or 2 high priority projects to work on. I recommend something you really desire to do that scares you or something that would feel great to be done with. Plan for a 25-minute session per project. This can be anything from the cabinet you need to clean to the spreadsheet that is falling into neglect, to the book you are afraid to write.

  • HOUSE RULES: Have Fun & Take a 5-minute dance break every time your work timer goes off. The more fun you allow this to be, the goofier you feel, the more you will benefit.

  • NO COVER CHARGE: This is a complimentary dance party

  • DRESS CODE: Come as you are! I’ll probably be in a flexible romper and orthopedic shoes with big old scrunchies in my hair.

  • BYOB: Your kitchen or office kitchen can provide all water, coffee, tea or infused water to keep yourself hydrated.

  • INCLUDED: Playlists, Move of the Week, Energy Management tips, Timers for chrome and your phone. Party Supplies.

  • THE MORE THE MERRIER: Feel free to invite your friends have them RSVP at inboxdanceparty.com Share your dance parties on any social platform using #inboxdanceparty and tag me @KgMcClintictock
