Synopsis

During what was supposed to be a normal Saturday night hanging out with her girlfriends, a young woman struggling with body dysmorphia begins to lose touch with reality. 

The Poem

Titled “Shell Shock” in the book this poem explores the disembodiment of body dysmorphia and the inability to see ones body realistically.
