Katherine McClintic has worked professionally in production and business management in New York City for over 13 years managing teams across industries. McClintic has produced hundreds of photoshoots of varying complexity over the last 5 years for JJ Ignotz Photography. McClintic also was the executive producer on 6 of her own short films and was responsible for managing and hiring a team of over 50 people that she put together with the help of Soul Series Productions. She is enthusiastic, organized, calm, and decisive, willing to ask questions to insure the overall vision of a production or business is clear enough to turn into intelligent action. Her decade of professional dance, choreography, and retail/building operations make her agile both mentally and physically on sets and at events.
Smooth, clear, daily operations are essential to making sure important people don’t slip through the cracks of any business and my career has been spent learning how to get systems flowing in a variety of contexts.
